1. Eligibility
The services of Tierra Stay are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this website and making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.
2. Booking & Reservation Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Tierra Stay.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- The balance payment must be completed as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
- Tierra Stay reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment terms are not complied with.
3. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable GST and other government taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.
- Any increase in taxes imposed by government authorities shall be borne by the guest.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard Check-in Time: 01:00 PM
- Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
5. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct
Guests agree to:
- Use the property responsibly and respectfully.
- Not exceed the maximum occupancy limit confirmed at booking.
- Avoid illegal activities, drug use, or any unlawful conduct on the premises.
- Maintain noise levels in compliance with local regulations.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Follow all house rules provided at the property.
Tierra Stay reserves the right to evict guests without refund for violation of house rules or misconduct.
6. Damage to Property
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- Tierra Stay reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs.
- Any security deposit collected may be adjusted against damages.
7. Personal Belongings
Tierra Stay is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tierra Stay shall not be liable for:
- Any injury, accident, illness, or loss occurring during the stay due to guest negligence.
- Interruptions in services due to power failure, water shortage, internet issues, or technical breakdowns beyond reasonable control.
- Events caused by force majeure including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, pandemics, or civil disturbances.
9. Third-Party Bookings
If bookings are made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc., their respective terms and cancellation policies shall also apply in addition to Tierra Stay’s policies.
10. Website Usage
This website may only be used to make legitimate reservations. Fraudulent, speculative, or false bookings are strictly prohibited. Commercial use of the website without written consent is not allowed.
11. Privacy
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
12. Amendments
Tierra Stay reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
